Prelaunch policy draft. Uploads are disabled until the AI provider, operator contact and final policy are confirmed.

Resume rebuilds

The launch design is an assisted request: your contact email, resume and job description are encrypted in the private intake queue, available only to the authorized fulfillment operator, and deleted after seven days or earlier following delivery/deletion. Email is for this requested delivery, not marketing. Storage/fulfillment are not yet activated. The optional future self-serve implementation would send resume/JD to the selected AI provider, currently proposed as OpenAI; that API path is OFF under the zero-spend launch. Its own retention and processing terms apply; disabling storage in an API request is not a promise of zero provider retention. Do not include Social Security numbers, passwords, financial details or other sensitive identifiers.

The assisted queue stores encrypted resume, job-description and delivery-email payloads briefly. The optional self-serve path would not persist document contents in its own database. Your result stays in page memory unless you download it. Closing or reloading clears the page result. Rate-limit records contain a daily hash of the requesting network address and a date, not the resume. The deployment must delete these network-hash records after seven days. Request IDs, timestamps, processing status and token usage are separately kept for the current and previous billing month for usage reporting, without document contents. Hosting and security providers may process network/device data to serve the site and prevent abuse.

Payments and paid service

Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by this site. Marketing consent must be optional and separate from receiving a free draft.

Before launch

We still need the legal operator, support/privacy contact, final provider list and retention controls. This page is not a completed legal policy. Nothing is being collected by a live Joustlist rebuild service on this site.
