I'm John Jenkins. Former Start Up Operator turned recruiter who has helped hundreds of people secure jobs they love. I know the difference between a resume full of responsibilities and a story a hiring manager can use.

Does the free rebuild include a human review?
The launch pilot is an assisted rebuild, with review before email delivery. It is not an instant AI result. When requests open, the stated turnaround and processing details will appear before you upload. Paid packages add broader search help.
Will you apply or message people without my say-so?
No. Paid application and outreach work needs agreed targets, accurate materials and your approval. Assessments and personal attestations stay with you.
Is this for executives or career changers?
The starting focus is sales, GTM and product people building on experience they already have. Executive searches and career changes may need a different scope. We can discuss fit, but they aren't the launch focus.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
The proposed plans are month-to-month. After 3 paid months, if you land a job, you get your last month's charge back once. This is refund eligibility, not a 3-month cancellation lock-in. Final cancellation, renewal and refund terms must be shown before checkout is activated. Nothing is charged on this site.
Is a recommendation a guaranteed referral?
No. I only recommend someone where I've assessed the fit and can support the claim. A cold note isn't a warm relationship, and no one can guarantee an interview.
